As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Carrier Integration Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage carrier transfer activities, including sending notifications, tracking progress, following up on confirmations, and ensuring timely completion of all transfer-related requirements.
  • Verify and maintain access credentials, policy availability, and transfer records, ensuring all necessary service and administrative logins are established and communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between carriers, branch teams, and U.S.-based stakeholders by responding to inquiries, providing status updates, and facilitating effective communication throughout the transfer process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of transfer activities, correspondence, and project updates within designated systems, ensuring records remain complete, organized, and up to date.
  • Generate, update, and manage reports, policy lists, master spreadsheets, carrier portals, and required forms to support operational tracking and reporting needs.
  • Support special projects and perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned, including policy research, data validation, file maintenance, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience or BPO experience
  • With both inbound and outbound communications experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in speaking with the partners and vendors
  • Critical thinking during complex situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of workflow compliance
  • Clear documentation and follow-up skills and experience coordinating with multiple teams
  • Persistence in troubleshooting until root cause is identified
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Mastery in Applied Epic is a plus
  • With time management
  • Excellent in Data Entry and clerical work
