1). Position Summary

This position will provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Regional Head is responsible for Regional business growth, business development, recruitment, performance of sales, and implementation plan of actions to support Bank Partner Branches and Regional Levels. Establishes strategies tactics plans to expand the customer base and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for sales staff/BSM (Bancassurance Support Manager) and bank staff

2). Key Responsibilities

  • To make sure a region plans and execute sales strategies and achieve sales target for company by influencing sales to bank staff/ BSM.
  • To publish tracking report including daily, weekly and monthly sales facts, providing sales figures for bank staff/ BSM to understand and make improvement where needed.
  • Manage the sales activities, team activities of accounts located throughout his/her sales and his direct reports sales territory.
  • Drive solution selling capabilities throughout the institution
  • Facilitate activities between clients, bank, operations and executives, as well as other activities as needed to complete strategic selling process and new business development.
  • Work with business team to provide market updates.
  • Ensure sales support functions are put in place
  • To train new sales Bank staff/BSM as necessary.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Travel with sellers to evaluate and provide guidance.
  • Maintain product knowledge of our products and services.
  • Maintain industry knowledge of the uses and needs for our products and services.
  • Refresh training to Bank staff/BSM as weekly or monthly plan
  • Ability to sell insurance outside banking hour
  • Schedules rotate monthly visit all branches as assigned by collecting feedbacks for sales performance from the management at each branch
  • Coordinate to navigates bank’s customer for health check up to hospital, if any case requires
  • Be able to travel in long-distance from branch another branch as assigned
  • Field work support to bank staff, if there any requests
  • To assist bank partner on claim documents process to work closely within internal department involves for any required documents

Others

  • Work closely with Banca, Operational team and other relevant team.
  • Carry out other duties appropriate to this post as requested by line manager.

3). Position Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Financial, Management or the equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales: 3+ years of consultative sales experience
  • 3+ years sales team management experience
  • 3+ years data sales experience
  • Recognized credible thought leader
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex deals
  • Understand basic insurance concepts
  • Be struggle and honest
  • Understand about MFI and bank institutions
  • Ability to travel around provinces
  • Ability to drive vehicle and has own vehicle with license is advantage
