Position Requirement
- Strong background in software development, with experience in managing software development teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages and software development frameworks commonly used in the insurance industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with software development tools and technologies, including version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the insurance industry.
