Position Requirement

        • Strong background in software development, with experience in managing software development teams.
        • Proficiency in programming languages and software development frameworks commonly used in the insurance industry.
        • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
        • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
        • Experience with software development tools and technologies, including version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
        • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
        • Strong leadership and team management skills.
        • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the insurance industry.
