Job Description:
As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will also work closely with other departments within the bank to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and develop strategies to grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their needs
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth , both loans and deposits
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure their financial needs are being met
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or relationship management
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to analyze financial statements and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of banking regulations and policies
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
