Occupational Therapy Assistant

Our client is seeking passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join a dedicated team providing high-quality therapy services across California. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in diverse care settings while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Assist with patient evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant medical records

• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation and wellness goals

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of California

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time schedule up to 36 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling options available
• $33-38 hour
• Part-time and per diem shifts offered
