Occupational Therapist

Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality therapy services across California. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive environment where your expertise will directly impact patient recovery and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services across various care settings
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and progress notes
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and overall wellness

Requirements:

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) license in the state of California
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time schedule up to 36 hours per week
• Flexible shift options available
• $45-55 an hour
• Opportunities across multiple care settings throughout California
