On behalf of our client, we are seeking a high-performing Director of Sales to drive new business development within the professional staffing industry. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role for an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring enterprise and mid-market clients and consistently exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients across the United States.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, Procurement, HR, Operations, and executive leadership.
  • Expand opportunities for direct hire, contingent staffing, and workforce solutions within new and existing accounts.
  • Partner with recruiting and account management teams to ensure successful client delivery and long-term account growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of successful business development experience in professional staffing, including IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, or other professional disciplines.
  • Proven success acquiring new enterprise and mid-market staffing clients.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding individual sales and revenue goals.
  • Strong network within Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, Contingent Workforce, and executive leadership communities.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel periodically for client meetings and industry events.
  • Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
