About the job Operations Excellence&Strategy PM
This role engages and works across all Global Operations team, understand the business status and develop proper employee engagement framework and lead events to support business goals, or solve larger business challenge, or problem. This role also manages internal communication channel to make the organization a better place to work.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead the annual staff engagement execution plan, including content management, agenda and pre/post meeting surveys. Manage these initiatives with extreme attention to detail and a high bar for quality. Including but not limit to Townhall, Cross Functional Summit, roundtables, forums, etc.
- Tracks employee engagement, connections metrics, keeps a pulse on employee, recommends recognition practices. Manage annual event calendar updates.
- Support the business operation, business metrics reporting and tracking, including but not limited to supporting tracking the organization goals.
- Perform data-based analytics to identify issues and report key insights.
- Share best practices across the organization, utilizing metrics, and incorporating cross-functional feedback to drive the best solutions.
- Manage internal communication channel, collect employee feedback, strive to make the organization a better place to work.
- Support New Initiative execution plan.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both oral English and Madeiran, middle or higher-level reading and writing skills.
- Program Management skills/Communication & Facilitation Skills/customer obsessed/self-motivated
- Advanced computer literacy in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.
- 10+ years professional experience in External Affairs, Employee Engagement, Communications, Community Engagement or related field. Experience on leading and hosting on site event of over 100 audiences preferred. For example, large employee event, Industry summit, Industry Forum, etc.
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units.
- Be able to roll up sleeves and get work done when required.
- Experience on Business Operation Management preferred.
- Bachelor or above.
