Supply Operation Manager

Responsibility:

- Responsible for component forecast generation and publishing to component vendors.

- Support Global Supply Manager(GSM) to maintain forecast database & refresh whenever there's a need.

- Support GSMs in developing tools and portals & onboard suppliers/CMs.

- Execute sourcing data reconciliation for owned components between system and CM system.

- Execute PO audits with CMs and publish results to related MPM, SCPM and GSM teams.

- Responsible for component L/T collection from suppliers and emergency survey per GSM requests.

- Work with the related GSMs to identify the supply chain risks and associated executions.

- Manage external communication with component suppliers to identify root causes and closely follow up supply shortage recovery plans until shortage risk is mitigated.

- Be the primary contact to internal xFN stakeholders for components supply schedule communication

- Create and manage supplier supply commit and continuity performance metrics.

- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate GSM and assist in any needed follow on actions with suppliers.

Qualifications:

- Supplier management / Procurement or related business role for 4-8 years, preferably in consumer electronics

- Strong knowledge and experience of supply and factory material management

- Strong Data analytical skill, good Excel skill

- Excellent oral and written English

- Superior interpersonal and communication skill
