RF Test Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for RF test in factories with majority of the time on the production line and sometime in the lab.

• Responsible for the validation and optimization of RF system level performance

• Analyze results in conjunction with cross functional teams to identify root cause.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in testing products, with a focus on one or more RF technologies including Cellular, WiFi 802.11, BT and UWB.

• Experience with RF principles, conformance specs, automating RF tests using mainstream test instruments (IQxel, CMW100, MT8870/8821, UXM/EXM, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering

• Experience with RF hardware testing, system bring up, and design validation.

• Experience working with OEM partners.

• Focus on area:

• Factory test station automation script development (SW background) Or Factory test station fixture design (EE, mechanical background)
