About the job Executive Assistant

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting VP with all administrative duties, including travel coordination, expense claim, meeting arrangement

Organizing team meetings and engagement activity

Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements

Acting as a liaison for VP and his direct reports

Admin support to senior leaders as needed

Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is essential, as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
  • Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing competing priorities, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate effectively with remote business units
