We're looking for a Global Supply Manager to own strategic supply management for our softgoods category across our hardware product lines. 

This role owns category ownership across technical fabrics, foam and fill, sewn and cut-and-sew assemblies, tubing, and packaging. 

You will own supplier strategy, cost, and supply resilience for softgoods while enabling our next generation of hardware products to scale globally. Based in our Guangdong supply base, you'll spend real time on the factory floor, where the suppliers and the decisions are.

This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality,

Finance, and Manufacturing partners to deliver high-performing supply chains from prototype through mass production.

What you'll do

Own softgoods supply strategy - - -

Define and execute the category strategy across technical fabrics, foam and fill, sewn assemblies, tubing, and packaging

Build long-term supplier strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business growth

Maintain category cost, capacity, and risk visibility and contribute to the weekly cost-tracking cadence

Build world-class supplier partnerships - - -

Develop and maintain relationships with strategic softgoods suppliers and manufacturing partners

Drive supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost, and innovation

Support supplier development, continuous improvement, and co-investment / automation initiatives

Strengthen supply chain resilience -

Identify and mitigate supply risks across critical softgoods materials and manufacturing partners

Develop dual sourcing strategies and contingency plans - -

Monitor material availability (resins, SEBS, fibers, coatings), market dynamics, and geopolitical risks impacting supply

What you need to succeed - - - - - - - - -

3–5 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or operations within consumer electronics or hardware

Experience sourcing softgoods commodities such as technical textiles, foam and fill, sewn / cut-and-sew assemblies, or packaging

Hands-on experience with supplier qualification and quality systems for member-facing or safety-critical components

Track record of supporting supplier negotiations and cost reduction programs

Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp

Strong analytical skills including supply chain risk analysis

Ability to operate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance

Based in Guangdong (Shenzhen / Dongguan) with professional fluency in Mandarin and

English; comfortable on the factory floor

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth hardware environments
