  • Execute SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze field performance metrics, repair data, and telemetry logs; identify and flag data anomalies for quality assessment.
  • Perform end-to-end Failure Analysis (FA) on physical hardware samples, including board-level debug and component diagnostics, and document findings in issue-tracking databases.
  • Conduct on-site technical audits at repair centers and manufacturing partners, including inventory checks, root-cause data collection, and physical hardware verification to validate repair procedures.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports based on failure-analysis investigations and data analysis, providing clear diagnostic evidence to support engineering decisions.
  • Monitor bug trackers and quality databases to follow investigation progress, identify technical bottlenecks, and escalate issues based on data trends.
  • Prepare regular standardized field-quality reports using established templates and communicate key findings to relevant cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to travel approximately 30–50% to service centers and manufacturing sites to conduct independent diagnostic and audit work.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in high-volume consumer electronics manufacturing, connected-device repair, service operations, or factory production environments.
  • Hands-on exposure to repair-center audits, manufacturing-site audits, or field-quality investigations.
  • Experience working with technical issue-tracking systems, quality databases, or standardized reporting tools.
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written Hindi and English to support local vendor communication, site activities, and regional cross-functional collaboration.
