Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Executive Traffic Officer to support the Chief Product Officer (CPO) in managing the product development process while also ensuring the smooth workflow of projects across various teams. This hybrid role is crucial in optimizing project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that both product initiatives and marketing/creative campaigns are delivered efficiently and on time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CPOs calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.

  • Handle confidential communications and documents on behalf of the CPO.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and product-related materials.

  • Assist in tracking product timelines and team deliverables.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product decisions.

  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to align product development with company goals.

  • Manage the end-to-end flow of both product development and marketing/creative campaigns, ensuring timely completion and quality control.

  • Maintain the project management system, tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables for various teams.

  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across product, marketing, and creative teams.

  • Work with department heads to allocate resources (e.g., product development, creative, marketing) based on project needs and team capacity.

  • Monitor workloads and recommend adjustments or additional staffing as necessary.

  • Monitor project and product development timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Proactively identify risks or delays and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.

  • Act as the point of contact between the CPO, product teams, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication.

  • Organize cross-functional meetings, ensuring clarity on action items and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client expectations align with product launches and campaign delivery.

  • Review deliverables across product and marketing/creative teams to ensure quality standards are met before final approval.

  • Address and resolve any quality concerns with the respective teams.

  • Provide regular updates to the CPO and senior management on project status, timelines, and potential risks.

  • Maintain detailed records of project timelines, resource allocation, and key decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • PMP certification

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, traffic management, or executive support, preferably within a marketing agency or product development environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
