Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with theme park and event venue clients to assess their cashless payment requirements and objectives.
  • Design customized cashless solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, including integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Lead the implementation and deployment of cashless payment systems within theme parks and event venues, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to client staff on the use and management of cashless payment systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and transaction data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in cashless technology and the theme park and events industry, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to drive continuous improvement and innovation in cashless solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on cashless payment systems for theme park and event venue clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to support their business objectives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Strong understanding of cashless payment systems, including RFID, NFC, mobile payments, and digital wallets. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, staff, and customers. 
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to cashless transactions.
