Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and write clear, persuasive copy for different mediums including social media, email newsletters, push notifications, and digital ads.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative campaigns and strategies.

  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that text complements visual elements.

  • Write and edit high-quality, SEO-friendly content for landing pages and other online platforms

  • Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

  • Craft user-centric copy for various interfaces, including mobile apps and websites, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Assist in the development and refinement of user flows and call-to-action statements to improve user experience.

  • Produce clear and concise copy for internal communications, adhering to the company's internal branding guidelines

  • Work with HR and internal teams to create newsletters, internal announcements, and other communications as needed.

  • Review and edit existing content with a keen eye for detail, ensuring it meets the company's standards and voice.

  • Continuously improve and update content based on feedback and performance metrics.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, meeting all deadlines.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

  • Exceptional ability to create original, brand-aligned content that engages and converts.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a flawless command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with team members across different departments.

  • Good understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies to enhance content reach and engagement.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

  • Ability to adapt writing style to suit various mediums and target audiences.

  • Strong research skills to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

  • Proficient in Google Suite, and familiar with content management systems (CMS) and design software.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a creative copywriter, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and projects.

  • Experience writing copy for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and landing pages, as well as UI/UX copy.

  • Portfolio of work demonstrating strong creative and promotional writing skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.

  • Experience in writing internal communications with an understanding of brand voice consistency.
