Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers.
Build a pipeline of sales leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Track and report on sales activities and performance.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Assist and create client-focused sales presentations, liaising with product and marketing teams when needed to create demos.
Work closely with other departments and with other inter-departmental roles to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management.
Share market feedback and client insights with the team to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the entertainment or sports industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to quantify workflow.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to cultivate a network of contacts within the Tourism, Entertainment, Culture and Sports sectors in KSA (+ Global a plus)
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and presentation skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
