Key Responsibilities:
Cultivating enduring client relationships across activated GCC countries (not KSA)
Identifying potential new clients such as promoters, organizers, venues, and attractions, to adopt webook.com as their preferred or exclusive ticketing partner
Liaising with HQ BD and Sales team for alignments and strategic focuses.
Identifying possible new opportunities for customized development within Government and Corporate level projects.
Conducting regular meetings with both potential and existing clients
Crafting compelling proposals for clients post-meetings, requiring strong proposal design abilities
Engaging with clients and managing potential leads in a respectful and balanced manner
Attending events and social gatherings with clients regularly, sometimes on weekends
Utilizing CRM systems efficiently
Identifying potential retail or other physical outlets for ticket sales, and establishing fruitful deals and partnerships to enhance the sales and brand presence of webook.com
Establishing relationships with key government and semi-government entities involved in event licensing, promotion, and regulation in GCC
Providing feedback to the webook.com development team regarding any necessary changes or enhancements to products or systems tailored for the region
Key Skills:
Previous experience in managing ticketing for public events preferred; ideally, candidates should have worked within tech / e-commerce / ticketing in an operational or sales capacity for at least 3 years. However, candidates without specific ticketing experience will be considered if they meet other essential criteria
Familiarity with the sports, entertainment, and business events industry in GCC
Experience in negotiating with government and semi-government bodies in GCC
Track record of building client relationships and selling to new potential clients in a service-oriented industry
Experience in recruiting, managing, and developing sales and operations teams
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of team management experience
Candidates should be based in UAE
Possession of a driver's license and a car
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to deliver effective proposals promptly
Strong time management skills
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management
Background in new business development, sales, or sales management
Fluency in English, Arabic is preferred.
