We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing key projects by coordinating and tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication among team members.
- Create and edit professional presentations, reports, and documents, incorporating data analysis and visual aids to effectively communicate complex information.
- Assist in preparing for negotiations by conducting research, analyzing market trends, and gathering relevant data to support decision-making.
- Utilize basic math skills and a finance perspective to perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring key financial metrics.
- Serve as a liaison between senior stakeholders and other internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion when handling confidential matters.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and prepare articulate presentations.
