We are looking for UX/CX Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with product, design and engineering teams to ensure optimal digital user experience of the product
- Evaluate and provide enhancements for key user journeys based on established scientific usability, information architecture, design and content principles
- Conduct usability testing and other forms of user research with real users
- Report findings and recommendations to relevant teams and stakeholders
- Work with event operations teams to ensure optimal physical customer experiences at events
- Create and analyze holistic customer journey maps to understand and optimize end-to-end customer experience
- Carry out on the ground CX research
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in various customer research methods, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and observational studies to gather valuable insights
- Strong grasp of usability principles and best practices to evaluate and improve the usability of products or services
- Knowledge of information architecture principles to ensure that information is organized and structured effectively for user understanding and navigation
- Familiarity with content design principles to create user-friendly and engaging content that aligns with customer needs and goals
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, including customer feedback, behavioral data, analytics and performance metrics, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Commitment to a user-centered design approach, focusing on meeting user needs and improving the customer experience
- Familiarity with tools such as survey platforms, usabilityt testing software, data analysis tools, and design software
- Basic project management skills to coordinate research efforts, set priorities, and meet project deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail to identify areas of improvement in the customer experience
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Relevant work experience in CX analysis, UX research, usability testing or a related field
- Relevant certifications, such as NN/g, CCXP, or usability certifications are advantageous
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
