What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a hyperlocal growth strategy to establish Snabbit’s presence micromarket by micromarket, driving demand generation and scaling efficiently.

  • Lead initiatives to create strong brand awareness and position Snabbit as the go-to solution for on-demand home services in urban households.

  • Combine hyperlocal offline activations (society campaigns, local partnerships) with precise digital marketing (performance ads, CRM) to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team with a sharp focus on execution and results.

  • Deeply understand hyperlocal customer needs and behaviors to craft impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

  • Take full responsibility for creating and scaling demand, leveraging innovative and experimental approaches to achieve aggressive growth targets.


What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in growth or marketing at high-growth startups, with a proven record of scaling teams and driving exceptional results.

  • Skilled in offline and online marketing, with experience in performance campaigns, brand building, and innovative customer acquisition.

  • Relentless in building new categories, driving awareness, and scaling adoption from the ground up.

  • Obsessed with numbers, translating insights into strategies that deliver growth and ROI.

  • Deeply understands customer needs, creating impactful strategies that drive loyalty and engagement.
