Responsibilities

  • Develop the Brand Voice: Create and implement innovative social media strategies that establish a distinct and engaging community around the brand.
  • Drive Content Initiatives: Lead content creation efforts across YouTube, newsletters, podcasts, and other platforms to position the brand as a thought leader and foster user engagement.
  • Craft Engaging Communications: Develop clear, compelling, and user-centric messaging across the website, emails, and other digital touchpoints to ensure a cohesive and delightful user experience.
  • Foster Emotional Connection: Design content that aligns with brand objectives and deeply resonates with users, cultivating loyalty and stronger brand affinity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in content, social media, marketing, copywriting, or design, preferably within a startup or agency environment. Experience in building a content strategy and executing on it is a must.
  • Rich portfolio that showcases the distinctiveness and impact of your content work, demonstrating creativity, adaptability, and an understanding of the audience.
  • Strong grasp of how to build and maintain a brands presence across multiple channels while ensuring consistency in voice and tone.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and building relationships through content.
