Superstuff is hiring for its SaaS based brand partner which provides solutions for rewards, incentives & employee engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of optimizing HubSpot CRM to drive sales efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable revenue growth. This role requires deep technical expertise in HubSpots ecosystem and a practical understanding of scaling sales operations for fast-growing organizations. The role is office based out of office in HSR Layout (WFO).
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot CRM OptimizationDesign, implement, and optimize sales workflows, pipelines, and dashboards in HubSpot CRM to maximize sales productivity.
- Customize HubSpot CRM tools to align with business objectives, sales strategies, and team requirements.
- Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and manage regular updates to ensure a seamless CRM experience.
- Sales Process Automation (SPA)Build and maintain automated workflows to improve lead management, deal tracking, and pipeline health.
- Automate routine sales tasks such as follow-ups, email sequences, and data entry to reduce manual effort.
- Implement advanced lead scoring mechanisms to prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Revenue Growth EnablementIdentify bottlenecks in the sales process and deploy HubSpot-based solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with the sales team to test, refine, and roll out new automation processes.
- Develop strategies to enhance conversion rates through automation and efficient CRM use.
- Data Management and ReportingEnsure data hygiene in HubSpot through consistent audits, deduplication, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide actionable insights by building custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as win rates, deal velocity, and pipeline coverage.
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve sales forecasting and decision-making.
- Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless alignment within the HubSpot CRM.
- Partner with marketing to refine lead nurturing campaigns and customer engagement workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors for integrations and technical enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM and implementing Sales Process Automation (SPA) in SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale sales workflows that directly impact revenue.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in sales process improvements, pipeline optimization, and CRM adoption.
- Deep technical expertise in HubSpot, including pipelines, workflows, sequences, custom properties, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights and data accuracy.
- Practical understanding of SaaS sales cycles and buyer journeys.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and team training.
Preferred Skills
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot Operations Hub).
- Experience integrating HubSpot CRM with tools like Slack, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or customer success platforms.
- Proficiency in managing API integrations and advanced HubSpot customizations.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
