Job Role:
We're searching for a Creative Director for our D2C brand, with a total experience of 6-12 years, to lead our creative team and elevate our brand identity. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for shaping our brand's story and overseeing all aspects of design, content, and marketing materials.
What You'll Do:
- Craft and execute a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Define and refine our brand identity, making sure it resonates with our audience.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and consumer insights.
- Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing creative team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our creative vision is seamlessly integrated.
- Oversee the design and production of all marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, video content.
- Develop engaging and persuasive content, such as video scripts, articles, and social media copy.
- Lead the development and execution of captivating creative campaigns, including brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions.
- Present creative concepts and strategies with confidence and clarity.
What should you have:
- Proven experience of minimum 3-4 years in a creative leadership role and managing a team with a D2C brand, tech or electronics industry.
- A deep understanding of branding, design, and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
