What You’ll Do

  1. Lots of interesting stuff for a 0 to 1 brand, which include designing super creatives for the following :

Marketing Collaterals:

  • Digital Marketing: Design engaging social media creatives, banner ads, email templates, and push notifications to drive digital engagement and conversion

  • In-App Assets: Create homepage banners, category icons, and gamified visuals to enhance user experience and in-app interaction.

  • Performance Marketing: Develop retargeting ads, campaign graphics, and short-form video ads to optimize conversions and boost campaign effectiveness.

  • Offline Marketing: Design impactful offline promotions, including flyers, posters, billboards, and standees.

  1. Brand Identity & Awareness:

  • Craft motion graphics and animations for videos, advertisements, and multimedia projects to elevate the brand’s storytelling.

  • Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful designs across all platforms.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4-7 Years of proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation preferably with an ecommerce brand or a creative agency with an ecommerce brand work experience

  • Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma

  • A portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and ability to design for professional services or agency settings

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

  • A “doer” attitude with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creativity

  • Someone who’s great with timelines
