About the job Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Brand & Product Positioning: You will be responsible for understanding the vision for the brand & product offering and curating sharp visual messaging & design direction to position the offering. Work with the internal stakeholders to sharpen the vision & work with external partners to be able to execute best-in-class communication.
- Design Strategy: Participate in consumer research efforts to be able to convert the insights into strategic communications. Experience & understanding of all digital marketing channels (performance, retention, influencers, social media, website, etc) and how to strategize for sales-based content vs. brand-building efforts.
- Designing: Work from creative briefs to develop executions for web, digital, and offline marketing activities.
- Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product/project guidelines.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and contributing to innovation.
- Create best-in-class layouts and visuals that support and reinforce business objectives while partnering with business/marketing teams to ensure that designs meet brand and business needs.
- Ideation & Experimentation: For small & big campaigns, across all digital channels
- Should be able to create shoots from scratch & visualize to till execution, while working with production houses
- The role is primarily for digital & branding work but may extend to some offline work as well.
MUST HAVES:
- Minimum 3 years in visual strategy & designing
- Experience across all digital platforms
- Capability to maintain, define & follow the totality of the brand.
- Works well with internal & external stakeholders
- Strong expertise in handling lifestyle brands OR technical apparel
- Passionate & obsessed about content creation, and a stickler for details
- Experience & knowledge of shoots/production
