Technical Lead (Quality Analyst- Manual+ Automation):

you are enthusiastic about ensuring the platform is scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
As a QA lead responsible for both manual and automation testing across mobile and websites,
you will need to have a diverse set of skills and knowledge.

What you will be doing:
1. Strong understanding of software testing principles: A good QA lead should have a
strong understanding of the software testing process and the diverse types of testing
involving, such as functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and so on.
2. Experience in manual testing: Even with automation testing, there will still be manual
testing involved. Look for a candidate who has experience in manual testing and can
create test plans, test cases, and execute them efficiently.
3. Knowledge of automation testing tools: A QA lead must have knowledge of automation
testing tools like Selenium, Appium, etc. They should be able to create and maintain
automation scripts for web and mobile apps.
4. Experience in mobile app testing: A good QA lead should have experience in mobile app
testing, including knowledge of different mobile platforms, tools, and techniques to test
mobile apps.
5. Experience in desktop site testing: A QA lead must also have experience in desktop site
testing, including knowledge of web technologies, different browsers, and browser
extensions for testing.
6. Experience in test management tools: A QA lead should be able to manage test cases,
test suites, and test plans using test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver a compelling user experience.
8. Contribute to tools, workflows, and culture to ship code from your laptop/workstation
to production frequently and confidently.
9. Practice Behavior Driven Development to collaborate and Test-Driven Development to
ensure high code quality.
10. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables as part of a self-
organizing team.
11. Learn and unlearn reviews and exchanging knowledge and new insights, conducting
constructive test reviews, and participating in retrospectives.


You Must Have:
1. At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
2. 4+ years building scalable systems on selenium and Appium.
3. Application Manual and Automation testing tools knowledge both web and mobile
application.
4. Test management platform knowledge.
5. Excellent communication skills, spoken as well as written, with a demonstrated
ability to articulate technical problems and projects to all stakeholders.


Extra credits for:
API and system performance knowledge.
Knowledge of tools like gatling and load runner.
Ability to contribute to org. initiative and mature the ci/cd pipeline.
