Objectives of this Role

Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.

Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

Maintain accurate client records, with keeping full track of all contract details.

Work with sales and other internal & operational teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.

Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.

Stay on top of accounts, making sure theyre receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs.

Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.

Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organisation.

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.

Maintain good relationships with team members as well.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven account management or other relevant experience in IT.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of relevant Account Manager experience (Tech Background preferred).

Basic Understanding of different Technologies like React js, Node js, Java, Angular, Android etc.

Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
