About you:
- Listen intently and ask good questions, by truly hearing what people are saying and respecting their thoughts, ideas and concerns.
- Comfortable following standard operating procedures, consistently communicating and improving upon those procedures.
- Solve technical challenges in a creative manner, always putting the user first, not being afraid to experiment, test and troubleshoot.
- Learn new software and /or features in an efficient and effective manner.
- Ability to document and explain how to follow steps and processes to accomplish goals or solve problems.
- Driven to learn and willing to go the extra mile in an environment which encourages freedom and personal responsibility
- Comfort with RPA, Git, AppScripts, AWS, Microsoft Azure and .Net
- BA degree with at least 10 years of experience developing software
- Telecommuting is a possibility
- Create SOWs and provide an estimation (ball-park figure) considering the components we already have.
- Code review
- Help develop, create and ensure developers follow and use coding standards
- Ensure quality development by completing code reviews, building components and enforcing the way in which code is written by using libraries, tools, frameworks and other structures to keep consistency, maintainability and deliverability of the code.
