Job Description:
As the Director of Sales - Talent Hiring at Supersourcing, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our contract-based remote developer services. We specialise in connecting international firms with highly skilled and affordable Indian developers. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales efforts, focusing on both acquiring new customers and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Goals for the role:
200 Cr. Revenue by March 2024
Focus on 50% business from international Clients.

Current Customer Focused Team: Outboun team with Two SDRs + 1 Principle SDR
SEO: 6 People Team + Growth Manager
Existing Customers: 8 Sr. Associates to handle Demand to Supply in Key Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sharing the
Gain a deep understanding of our business, the current market landscape, and future trends to effectively position Supersourcing as the preferred choice for our target audience.
Showcase the unique advantages and value proposition of our services to potential customers, emphasising quality, affordability, and other key differentiators.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Set ambitious targets for revenue growth and create milestones to achieve it.
Think strategically and identify opportunities to expand our customer base, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our sales processes, tools, and strategies, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
Requirements:
Proven experience and success in a sales leadership role, preferably within the B2B or Enterprise sector.
Deep understanding of the talent hiring market, including the challenges and opportunities in attracting and retaining customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services to diverse audiences.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Experience working with remote teams and international clients is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, embracing challenges and driving results.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
