Job specifications
Our Product teams mission is to generate customer insights that informs product strategy, works in the go-to-market of our products and services, and create and execute tests to drive product growth.
In the Product Team we collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maximize the ROI of our digital landscape and explore new opportunities.
Your purpose will be working across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch, validation and to growing product adoption post-launch.
This role requires a strategic and execution mindset, from analysing traffic sources to optimizing digital platforms (B2C and B2B).
Who you are
- At least 7 years of successful experience in delivering digital experiences (web), with a positive track record of launching successful projects.
- Strong expertise in interpreting data and converting it into hypotheses to solve customer pain points.
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in transforming data from tools like Google Analytics and Glassbox into relevant insights.
- Strong Agile Product Management skills (Scrum is a plus).
- Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies with the ability to interact and challenge technical counterparts.
- Good storyteller. You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic, creative personality, good communication skills to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Curiosity about new digital trends and user behaviours.
- Ability to manage market expectations and synthesize their needs.
- Proactive cooperation and results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English.
More about what you will be doing
- Define and key performance indicators for Suntransfers' digital platforms and ensure comprehensive post-analysis of tests and campaigns.
- Manage workflow and priorities with the development and product analytics teams, including communication plans, execution, performance analysis, and defining potential future evolutions.
- Contribute to the roadmap with project propositions based on customer feedback, industry benchmarks, new technologies, and other relevant departments' projects.
- Work with the rest of the team to create new approaches to have impact on core metrics through experimentation (A/B Testing).
- Continuously participate in improving team processes and tools evolution.
