The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for conducting hiring procedures through selection & identification of resources to fill in the requisitions of the company within the agreed SLA.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

  • Conduct in-person, phone, or online interviews with candidates
  • Ensure fulfillment of Rank-and-File requisitions
  • Determine applicant qualifications against the job openings through conducting in depth interviews & appropriate skills tests
  • Make sound recommendations & key asks to the hiring managers as needed
  • Coordinate & follow through on interviews with the hiring managers
  • Ensure fulfillment of requisitions within the agreed service level agreement
  • Conduct job offer of newly hired employees
  • Coordinate with the onboarding POC on the completion of pre-employment requirements of the applicants prior to onboarding


YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelors Degree Psychology or any related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of strategic recruitment experience from a fast-paced work environment
  • Entry level or fresh graduates can be considered for the role
  • Experience with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adaptable to a fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Critical thinker & pro-active in coming up with new ideas
  • Ability to multitask & manage variety of tasks
