The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for conducting hiring procedures through selection & identification of resources to fill in the requisitions of the company within the agreed SLA.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
- Conduct in-person, phone, or online interviews with candidates
- Ensure fulfillment of Rank-and-File requisitions
- Determine applicant qualifications against the job openings through conducting in depth interviews & appropriate skills tests
- Make sound recommendations & key asks to the hiring managers as needed
- Coordinate & follow through on interviews with the hiring managers
- Ensure fulfillment of requisitions within the agreed service level agreement
- Conduct job offer of newly hired employees
- Coordinate with the onboarding POC on the completion of pre-employment requirements of the applicants prior to onboarding
YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelors Degree Psychology or any related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of strategic recruitment experience from a fast-paced work environment
- Entry level or fresh graduates can be considered for the role
- Experience with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to a fast-paced recruiting environment
- Critical thinker & pro-active in coming up with new ideas
- Ability to multitask & manage variety of tasks
