Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve business goals by enhancing skills and competency of Tenured Sales Officers & Managers.
2. Drive improvement thru continuous development of training academy& other modules needed.
3. Maintain comprehensive training records, attendance tracking & other training files
4. Create and/or procure digital and physical educational materials as needed
5. Complement and provide support to onboarding training as needed

Job Specification:

• College graduate with any degree
• At least 4 years industry experience in training, activation and sales management.
• Experience in program design, Adult Learning System, delivery and evaluation.
• Excellent platform skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and talent in graphic design or advance power point skills.
