What will you do as Promo & Events Specialist:

• Assists in trip/event planning, and implementation to motivate sales force toward targets.
• Manages marketing channel promotions, ensuring alignment with the overall promo and event strategy.
• Coordinates with internal teams to gather and communicate essential project information and requirements.
• Reviews, validates, and communicates contest updates to motivate and promote sales channel initiatives.
• Monitors sales channel expenses and submits YTD expense report for consolidation, accrual, and budgeting.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelors Degree Graduate of a Business Management or similar-related course
• 3 years work experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the insurance industry
• Background conducting marketing/sales and recognition events.
• Sales promo drives exposure
• Software-based creative work in relation to developing contest announcement collateral material/layouts and excel for contest result generation/validation work.
• Life Insurance industry exposure will be a definite advantage but not necessary qualification.
