Business Development Manager

The Affinity Marketing Business Development Manager is responsible for sales targets by securing new partnership agreements within the target market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • This role is for our Affinity Channel which partners with top business brands through marketing partnerships
  • Identifies target markets and negotiates with decision-makers
  • Develops distribution strategies and products with partners
  • Manages end-to-end processes such as sales, billing, and customer service
  • Analyzes program results and maximizes existing partnerships
  • Ensures achievement of distribution and financial plans

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of Business Development experience (experience in insurance or financial industry is an advantage)
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder preferably in Business Management but not required
  • Has strong organizational, social and analytical skills
  • Has project and account management skills
