What you will do as Client Journey Assistant:
- Includes providing from New Business to After-sales support to Bancassurance Sales (Bancassurance Sales Officer, Area Manager, Region Head), RCBC, CTBC, and Bankard partners, and a conduit to Sun Life Philippines counterparts for all Banca Sales policy concerns.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's Degree of any course
- At least 6 months working experience in customer service or admin function
- Strong communication skills
