What you will do as Agency Recruitment & Activation Manager:

• Actively source & recruits for advisors and agency leaders and or through engagement of agency leaders to contribute to manpower build-up
• Conducts onboarding program for the newly advisors within the first 90 days to increase retention and productivity
• Organizes recruitment activities and sources possible leads generation platforms
• Conversion of business opportunities program attendees to advisors

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's Degree of any course
• At least 3 years solid experience in Recruitment and People Development must gained in the Life Insurance Industry
• With Training background is an advantage
• With good facilitation and presentation skills
• With experience in sales is an advantage
