What will you do as Business Owners Segment Manager:

  • Responsible for defining and executing the overall strategy for the target segment, ensuring tailored value propositions, superior client experiences and alignment with bank and institutional partners.
  • Integrates client insight, journey mapping and program development to drive acquisition, retention and overall segment performance.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields; Masters degree/relevant certifications an advantage
  • 5-7+ years of experience in segment management, marketing or client experience roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
        • Track record of designing and executing client propositions and programs for large, diverse segments
        • Experience in working with banks/partner institutions to align on strategies and programs
