What you will do as Agency Recruitment Specialist:

• Identifies and engages quality prospects for new Agency Financial Advisors and leaders beyond internal sources
• Develops effective recruitment strategies
• Creates targeted recruitment campaigns to attract the right candidates
• Initiates recruitment activities and drives to ensure a continuous flow of leads

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's Degree of any course
• At least 2 years working experience in recruitment function
• Advantage if well versed in conducting training program
