Client Strategy & Program Development Manager

To build opportunities, create strategic partnerships, to drive revenue and enhance client experiences through building and maintaining excellent working relationship with Group Sales Operations Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identifies market opportunities and monitors market trends
  • Develops and executes activation campaigns for customer acquisition
  • Designs tactical campaigns and incentives to increase sales production
  • Implements customer retention strategies
  • Collaborates with Sales, IT and Operation teams to create a seamless customer journey
  • Crafts effective product positioning and messaging
  • Manages framework for internal stakeholder management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant management experience (with experience in Group Insurance product is an advantage)
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
  • Passion for customer-centric programs
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
