Group Sales Manager
Hires, trains, supervises and motivates a team of Group Sales Officers to ensure achievement of new Group business Sales Targets for the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieves growth and exceeds sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designs and implements a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure strong presence on a given territory
- Recruits, coaches and monitors individual performance of Group Sales Officers
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with clients, brokers and partner agencies
- Reports sales and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Recommends annual budget and ensures expenses are adequately regulated
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader handling corporate accounts
- Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and leadership qualities
- Experienced in sales and business management
