Key Responsibilities

• Manage partnership engagement sessions for bank partners and clients
• Create new investment training programs for bank sales teams and partners
• Conduct BEST Program and investment training for sales teams and bank partners
• Answer investment and VUL questions from sales teams and bank partners
• Work with other departments and vendors to support training initiatives
• Partner with sales leaders to improve sales and client engagement
• Maintain training records and documentation for operational efficiency
• Support other training and departmental functions as needed

Job Specification:

• College graduate with any degree
• With at least 2-3 years experience in Training
• Basic knowledge in Investment products
• Additional credits/accreditation in the field of finance/investment is an advantage
• Advantage if have Acquired efficiency and effectiveness in sales or training and other functions from experience with 3-4 financial institutions
• Preferably with sales experience but not required
