System Software Engineer

A leading algorithmic trading firm using cutting-edge technology to make waves in the digital asset markets is looking for a System Software Engineer. The candidate will build autonomous trading systems, together with the team, that help create more liquid markets

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain critical systems that power our algorithmic trading infrastructure.

• Automate engineering workflows for tasks like machine provisioning, monitoring, and network configuration.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and performance issues across the entire production stack (Linux, AWS, applications).

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline code testing and deployment.

• Own the deployment, automation, and health of our AWS cloud-based trading systems.

• Continuously research and optimize the performance of our production environment.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• 4+ years of experience as a System Software Engineer or similar role.

• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java programming.

• In-depth understanding of Linux/UNIX operating systems and networking.

• Strong Networking knowledge

• Strong ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems effectively.

• Experience with AWS, configuration management tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

• A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
