Were looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a combination Admin Assistant & Recruiter. In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and driving our recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate office administration tasks, including managing supplies, ordering groceries and deliveries, and scheduling appointments.
    • Assist with employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members.
    • Maintain office organization and provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Recruitment:
    • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
    • Prepare interview materials and assist with candidate evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or recruitment role (or a combination of both).
  • English is a must. All the communication is done in english.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for helping others and a positive attitude.

Bonus points:

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Software (Asana, Monday.com or similar)
  • Social media savvy
