Middle Sales Manager – High-Risk Payments | Remote

Our client is expanding a commercial team and looking for a Middle Sales Manager to strengthen oa merchant acquisition efforts in high-risk industries.

As a first step, this role will focus on working with an existing merchant database and pre-qualified leads — re-engaging, nurturing, and converting opportunities that already show potential. Over time, the role will gradually evolve into a more active outbound sales position.

The client provides exclusive payment methods, highly competitive market fees, and flexible solutions tailored for high-risk verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with an existing database of merchants and previously identified leads
  • Re-engage potential clients and revive inactive opportunities
  • Qualify leads and identify the strongest business potential
  • Conduct negotiations and support merchant onboarding
  • Build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Analyze conversion opportunities within the current database
  • Gradually develop and manage your own outbound pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Sales and Account Management teams

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, fintech, PSP, or payment processing
  • Understanding of high-risk verticals (iGaming, Nutra, Forex, Crypto, etc.) is a plus
  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
  • Sales-driven mindset with ambition to grow into active merchant acquisition
  • Open to occasional international travel
