Core Requirements:
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
- Deep understanding of payment systems, online processing, and card brand regulations (PSP, Acquirer, Gateway, Chargeback, VISA/MC rules, etc.).
- Experience with international banks and the online payment industry.
- Strong customer orientation with proven relationship-building capabilities.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and identify market opportunities.
- Proven sales acumen with the ability to recognize and pursue new business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High financial literacy.
- Familiarity with KYC, due diligence, AML, GDPR, and PCI DSS standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Provide expert guidance on payment systems, online processing, and card brand regulations.
- Collaborate with international banks and payment processors to streamline operations and optimize client solutions.
- Resolve client queries efficiently, providing insightful solutions.
- Analyze client data to identify improvement opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities and assisting in closing deals.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and regulations in online payments.
