About the job Account Manager

We are currently looking for a Account Manager to join a fast-growing Fintech company specializing in payment solutions.

The role is fully remote, full-time, and offers a well-balanced benefits package. Fluency in English and the ability to travel internationally are musts. Youll also have the opportunity to collaborate with international banks, optimise payment processes, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Core Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills (both written and spoken).
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, online processing, and card brand regulations (PSP, Acquirer, Gateway, Chargeback, VISA/MC rules, etc.).
  • Experience working with international banks and online payment industry.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to identify and drive new business.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • High level of financial literacy.
  • Knowledge of KYC, due diligence, AML, GDPR, and PCI DSS standards and procedures.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide clients with guidance on payment systems, online processing, and card brand regulations (PSP, Acquirer, Gateway, Refund, Chargeback, VISA/MC rules, etc.).
  • Collaborate with international banks and payment processors to streamline operations and optimize solutions.
  • Handle client queries and provide efficient resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and assist in closing deals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the online payments industry.
