Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our payment gateway solutions. This role bridges the gap between business and technology, ensuring our products exceed customer expectations while staying ahead in the competitive fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define the roadmap and strategy for payment gateway features, aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Product Backlog Ownership: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the strategic vision and is clearly communicated to the development team.
- End-to-End Feature Delivery: Own the full product lifecycle, from idea generation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and successful delivery of features.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Technical Oversight: Work closely with development teams to prioritize tasks, define sprints, and ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
- Market Analysis: Monitor fintech trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep Asquad's solutions competitive and innovative.
- Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing processes to ensure deliverables meet functional and technical standards.
- Launch and Support: Drive successful product launches, monitor post-launch performance, and coordinate continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech or payments.
- Strong technical background (e.g., computer science degree or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in managing complex B2B SaaS or payment products.
- Familiarity with payment gateway technologies, APIs, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
