Ideal candidate has proven experience of building and leading the sales teams, reaching the business targets and flexibility to travel abroad.
Responsibilities:
Developing and Executing Commercial Strategy:
- Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Establish and monitor KPIs across sales, account management, and compliance departments.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to streamline operations and optimize commercial performance.
Driving Business Development and Partnerships:
- Negotiate and secure strategic banking and financial partnerships to enhance the company's fintech ecosystem.
- Expand the merchant portfolio by increasing MID acquisition and onboarding efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to reduce client churn and maximize farming opportunities with existing merchants.
Building and Scaling Teams:
- Recruit, structure, and mentor high-performing teams across sales, account management, and compliance functions.
- Drive employee engagement and alignment with the companys commercial goals.
Ensuring Operational Excellence:
- Optimize sales approaches by implementing a Sales Excellence Model and fostering data-driven decision-making.
- Lead regional business reviews and implement best practices to maintain market competitiveness.
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance of commercial operations.
Essential professional experience:
Proven Leadership in Fintech and Financial Services:
- Extensive experience in scaling commercial departments within fintech, SaaS, and financial institutions across the EU, USA, and CEE regions.
- Significant achievements, including 100% growth in new merchant onboarding.
Strategic Development and Implementation:
- Expertise in creating commercial strategies, compliance KPIs, and operational frameworks to drive measurable outcomes.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Managed teams of up to 50 employees across various functions, including sales, compliance, and account management.
- Built and led cohesive commercial teams while driving operational alignment.
