Java Developer

Asquad is a white-label gateway software solutions company, providing the technology needed for future Payment Service Providers (PSP). Were looking for a motivated and responsible Java Developer to join our team and contribute to building innovative, high-performing software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 11,17 and Spring.
- Work with messaging services like RabbitMQ and Kafka to ensure reliable communication across microservices.
- Utilize and manage databases, specifically Postgres and MongoDB.
- Implement tools for service discovery and configuration, like Consul and Vault.
- Build and manage Docker containers for seamless deployment.
- Collaborate effectively using Git for version control.

Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years as a Java Developer.
- Proactive Attitude: You take ownership, seek solutions, and are open to learning and admitting knowledge gaps.
- Autonomy: You can work independently without constant supervision and adapt to dynamic requirements.
- Effective Communication: You can communicate clearly and concisely with team members, sharing feedback constructively.
- Team-Friendly Mindset: Youre a team player with a balanced attitude, no need for micromanagement or hand-holding.
- Accountability: You own up to your actions, take responsibility for mistakes, and actively work to fix them.
