Legal Adviser

Asqaud is seeking a highly experienced Legal Counsel/Adviser with expertise in Fintech, international banking, and financial regulations. The role requires deep knowledge of compliance frameworks in the EU, Turkey, Cyprus, Japan, and Hong Kong, along with extensive experience in payments and anti-fraud regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on international banking laws and financial regulations across key regions (EU, Turkey, Cyprus, Japan, Hong Kong).
• Ensure compliance with local and global financial, regulatory, and anti-fraud requirements.
• Provide legal guidance on payment processing, transactions, and contractual agreements.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance and anti-fraud framework.
• Navigate complex regulatory landscapes in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring the companys operations align with local laws.
• Manage all legal matters including contracts, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Qualifications:

• Law degree specializing in financial and payment regulations.
• Significant experience in Fintech, international banking, and multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks.
• Expertise in compliance standards (AML, KYC, GDPR) across the EU, Turkey, Cyprus, Japan, and Hong Kong.
• Strong knowledge of anti-fraud measures and regulations in the payments sector.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
